Hi. I would like to say a big thank you to all staffs of luxury haven. it was my boyfriend's birthday on sat and i was really tied up w/ so many things that i didn't have any time to shop for his gift at all.. Luckily, by chance, when surfing the net for presents on fri, i came to knw abt u. it was really a very last min thing ... & i thot i won't be able to make it in time as delivery needs, the faster, 1-2days time aft payment is in.. i gave up the idea initially. Then on sat itself, I'm still very lost. Although I knew from the company info that u operate only on weekdays, I decided to call u guys up & see if whether any miracle would happen.
To my surprise, ur friendly staff ans. my call and very willingly agreed to send what i wanted by evening. It was like only a few hours notice. It was very neatly wrapped up. However, when I peeped @the wallets, the price tag was still encl. inside 1 of the wallets. Of course, i don't blame u guys at all... coz it was really a very very last min. thing... i understand how rush u guys had to get it done for me too.

I have purchased a Montblanc pen through phone. It was a last minute order on late Friday evening and to my surprise Mr. Logan is able to deliver it on time on Monday morning. He even go extra miles for updating me during the weekend due to change has to be made in the customization, sent the pen for engraving twice, and delivered the order/gift to me personally at the restaurant where we have a farewell lunch with my boss who is leaving the country.

Good news, my pen showed up today. For whatever reason, it took five
days to go from Singapore to San Francisco. That appears to be a mistake
made by someone. If that had not happened, I believe it would have only
taken 3 days for shipping. I will keep you in mind for the future, as I am always adding to my Mont
Blanc collection.This is one of the coolest Mont Blanc pens I have ever seen.
